Welcome to Pairfect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pairfect mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Pairfect, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Pairfect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pairfect.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pairfect. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• You have not been previously banned from using Pairfect

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Pairfect, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Pairfect is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Violate any applicable gaming platform terms of service when linking your gaming accounts

You retain ownership of any content you post on Pairfect, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5. Gaming Account Verification

Pairfect allows you to link and verify your gaming accounts (such as Riot Games, Steam, Epic Games) to enhance your profile and improve match quality. By linking your gaming accounts, you:

• Represent that you own or have authorization to link the gaming account
• Authorize us to access public gaming data associated with your account
• Agree to comply with the terms of service of the respective gaming platforms
• Understand that we only access public information and never store your gaming account passwords

You may unlink your gaming accounts at any time through your account settings.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Pairfect may offer premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Subscription fees are charged to your payment method on file
• All sales are final, and refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pairfect and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service
• Use Pairfect's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written permission

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAIRFECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Pairfect does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Matches will result in successful relationships

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAIRFECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pairfect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pairfect operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pairfect regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
